And Mother of Dragons.

I love this show. So when I reached out to the phenomenal Jason Eden for our second commission venture, I didn�t have to think very hard about what the subject would be. It was just a matter of deciding which of the many colorful characters I would have him tackle.

Daenerys isn�t necessarily my favorite character, but the one over riding factor in my choosing her was the incredible job Jason did on my first commission (Leeloo from The 5th Element, also in this gallery). That project pretty much put Jason on my short list of go to commission guys.

Anyway, in my head, I already knew even before Jason and I discussed anything that the title of this piece would be Mother of Dragons. So my only instructions to Jason were to do something with Daenerys and her dragons. It turns out Jason is a big fan of the show as well, so we were both immediately excited to get this going.

Well, as you can see, Jason just absolutely KILLED this piece! I love the image, I love the colors, and I love all the amazing details. Just look at the fold and wrinkles on her dress. And the facial likeness is just uncanny! I really can�t say enough about Jason�s skills as an illustrator. I consider myself very lucky to have had two incredible commissions done by him. And yes, I absolutely cannot wait for our third collaboration!

Jason's skills are indisputable and this is yet another proof... Congrats on this great commission! And, if you've a minute, take a look at the Eden's piece in my Gallery: just to imagine how glorious would've been Daenerys undressed :)

LOL. Now I see why you thought I'd like this piece, Eric! Truly stunning! Jason did an amazing job capturing the likeness of Emilia Clarke as well. Bravo!!!
