Description

Just a year after first meeting Phil at WWChicago, my wife decided that we could schedule our annual trip to visit her family in the San Diego area around the time of San Diego Comic Con '03. I'd never been to SDCC, so this was quite an eye opening experience. One of the great things about it was seeing Phil again, and this time he had brought some original pages from the recently published issues of Beautiful Killer. I hadn't been able to save up a ton of money (being a grad student and all), but I knew that I had to have one. I went through them all a few times and found one that I both liked and which fit in my budget, and picked it up immediately. I also set up a commission with Phil to pick up later at the con.
