If you haven't read this run of Dr. Strange comics penned by Steve Englehart, buy them immediately and thank me later. But you'll love them, as the art and stories are just great!

I think only Colan and Palmer ever made art that looked and felt like this. We're lucky there are so many comics with this dream team artist pairing.

Stygyro in da House! This is just amazing. Gene and Tom took a creature that probably sounded kind of silly on paper and made it super-menacing. Great call on the Colan/Palmer/Englehart issues of Dr. Strange. Those were some very memorable stories. Thanks for sharing this beauty!

Great page! Colan was such an original. Love the architecture and how he spotted his blacks here, but the creature & fantastic Dr. S. pose in the final panel is the show stopper
