DescriptionYou know I loves 'em obscure! And here's Hell-Rider, star of his own title in the early 1970s, only to be cancelled after 2 issues and never seen again. But here he is again in my gallery. Don't call it a comeback.

Hell-Rider! Hell-Yeah! I remeber a friend of mine having that first issue. That was long before I started buying comics. He was a bike lover, not a comic fan. I think this guy vs. Ghost Rider would be a classic! Nice one Damon, big fan of Tod's DC work!

Had to google that!:) I didn't know Freidrich created that character too, must have had a thing for bikers.Art from Andru and Esposito was a bunus. That first issue cover was killer! Get on that team-up Damon!

Another fantastic piece with the wonderful (comics) history lesson, my friend!!! Admiring great art plus learning more about lesser-known comic book characters... I'd say that it's a win-win!!!!!!

Nobody, but nobody, gets more incredible mileage out of characters no one else remembers than does the man, the myth, the legend that is Damon Owens. This sweet ride blows my mind! Great work by Smith and Almond (not to be confused with Smith and Wesson, which is a whole other thing).
