Description

This gorgeous and funny Topolino (Mickey Mouse) #2836 cover (2010) refers to the story published in the same issue "Topolino e la foca" (Mickey and the Seal).

The story is (loosely) based on the "Mickey and the Seal" classic cartoon.

Both story and cover are amazingly illustrated by Stefano Intini that works on the magazine since 1989 but this is surprisingly his first Mickey Mouse story published on Topolino!
With the exception of a couple of 1995 Minnie Mouse stories (published on a different magazine), he only illustrated ducks' stories until then.

Intini's rendition of Mickey is simply perfect!!!
Funny, joyous, lively, smart, cheerful, optimistic, lighthearted... it's how Mickey Mouse should always be!
