SHAZAM! I've been after a Flex Mentallo page with Flex on it for a while (apologies to all the CAF members I've pestered over the last few years). As a comic creator its such a cool story ...Wally Sage seems to be modeled after Quitely himself (back when he was younger with long hair) ... seeing the childlike drawings morph into the story you're reading was so cool to me when I first read it. It wasn't until later readings that I noticed (or read in a review) that each issue was a tip of the hat to an era in comics...issue one with some Golden Age nods...like this page.

In terms of Quitely's career...he drew the shit out of FLEX. Its his young and hungry coming out party. The detail...the inks...the insane environment shots (see Shannon Slayton's killer FLEX page on CAF) its just all so incredible.

Fantastic Flex page featuring the man himself. His expression in the 5th panel is great. I would love to get my hands on a page just like this. Congratulations!

You're right that IS a sweet page. I always thought the whole Shazam/Shaman thing was great. Let me know when your ready to sell it. :)
