I wonder what Vosberg originally drew there.

The Surprint was the pre-Time Traveller Commander Rann in the first panel. Vosberg and Bulanadi drew this directly on the page, which would have required some work from the Bullpen afterward.

There's also a little bit of an inkstain on the bottom R panel of pg10. >tsk<
