Description

A nice example of Sydney Jordan�s art from his UK science fiction comic strip, Jeff Hawke (published by The Daily Express from 1954 - 1975). The strip was known for its attention to scientific detail, well-told stories, and Jordan�s artistic capabilities. They must have been good � by the strip�s end, Jordan had written or co-written and drawn 6,474 episodes.

Jeff Hawke originals are drawn on illustration board sized 16.5 x 5.5 inches with an image area of 15 x 4.25 inches.

He's a wonderful artist and have had the pleasure of speaking to him . A very charming and wise individual. Watch out as collecting his artwork is addictive which is how I justify having more than 100 of them. You should join the Jeff Hawke club as its reprinted all the stories. Titan books unfortunately only reprinted a few.
