Description

This is one of those neat little ditties that I got from John Fanucchi of Fog City Art. I once asked Arthur about its intended use but have since forgotten his reply. How could I do that you ask? Well, let me tell ya: it's easy when you're a moron. My best recollection is that it was for a childrens book project that got shelved. At any rate, I thought it was too neat not to share. Purchased at the 2002 Heroes Con.

I think Arthur drew this as an inking practice piece for Steve Moncuse of "Fish Police" fame. I've seen the finished inked page for sale as well. Great addition to your collection.
