Description

"What If Dr. Strange Had Not Become Master of the Mystic Arts?" (and Mordo remained the Ancient One's student). This is one of my favorite stories and this key page is a real treasure to me. What more can you ask with references to "The Possessors", "House of Shadows" and "Aggamon". Plus a "Tales of a Rarebit Fiend" joke?

Probably my favorite page from this issue - congratulations - If there were ever a scenario where you wanted to part with this page or another from this issue, I'm your huckleberry. Butch Guice is such an unsung artist and this What If issue was a breakthrough with subtle homages to Ditko, Golden, Colan & Giffen.
