Description

Thor does some damage to Cap's shield as Iron Man swoops in to save him! Love the layouts, the dynamic anatomy and foreshortening of the action sequence, leading to the contrast of shadows and figurative stillness in the aftermath of the bloody battle. Nobody does it like Davis and Farmer!

Really great page with the original Avengers. Really like the Adams dynamic of the first panel .
