DescriptionEarly Wilson McCoy sunday example from the Lee Falk estate.From the story 'The Rope People', the story went over 21 weeks from 17 Jun 1951 to 4 Nov 1951. I think this is my most prized McCoy piece. When I first saw it, I fell in love with it and wouldn't leave without it. It's framed now and on my wall in my Phantom room. Social/Sharing |

This is a really great McCoy Sunday! So much to like about it. As with many portrayals of African people in that era, they are difficult to look at with todays lens and must be looked at in the context of the times it was created.
