I never got the fanaticism over James Harren...until Ultramega. With Ultramega I pored over every page and panel. I get it.

Happy to have snagged a page from this series. Every page and panel seems expertly created with top of the game craft.

On this page:
I love the huge shot in panel one. I get a lot of Kevin Nowlan vibes in the face and the inksplatter background is cool.
The action in the middle panels with the "FOOT" effect and the knock out facial expression.
And the panel with Beth yelling is just magic.

Nice page! I've always liked Harren, but I agree that Ultra Mega is the most exciting thing he's done so far, and I had to get a page. Several of the best comic artists working right now, such as Daniel Warren Johnson, were heavily inspired by him.
