Description

Another comic strip I enjoyed reading when I was growing up. Always political and sometimes I didn't always understand the American subcontext but for the most part I found it brilliant. In addition to reading them daily in the papers, I also got the collected volumes from the library. I lost touch with strip in the early 90's but it was always a safe place to go when I picked up a newspaper and found the funnies. Here, another Jeff kindly got this dedicated and it now belongs with this Jeff. Although not as political as most, a relevance to us collectors as the first thing we would do if we were broken into is look to make sure our art was safe. It is also funny in that it reminds us of that Beanie Baby craze. Was it really that long ago?
