DescriptionThis new hybrid is a tribute to the director Abbas Kiarostami and to Ernest Howard Shepard, an English artist, especially known for his illustrations of Winnie-the-Pooh."Taste of Cherry" is a 1997 Iranian drama film directed by Abbas Kiarostami, about a man who drives through a city suburb, in search of someone who can carry out the task of burying him after he commits suicide. It was awarded the Palme d'Or at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival. You can easily understand why Alberto chose Eeyore as the protagonist. Pretty heavy stuff for one of the saddest and bleak Disney characters to embody.

Eeyore is a difficult character! I've seen this film, and the attitude is there! It is a good comparison and the illustration is as a concept, very complex indeed. Everything is bitter, but courageous and original!
