Great swipe by Dan Adkins.  But I think he could've chosen a better expression.  Thanks for posting.

Thanks Will for your comment ! Regarding what you rightly noted, you must consider that G.Boldini (1842- 1931) did his painting in the era of the "Belle Epoque".

This painting was swiped also from the italian artist Leone Frollo in the early 70's to present his successful comic-character LUCIFERA (already showed in this gallery) ,

I was referring to the expression by Adkins.  It looks like an angry expression.  I think a frightened expression would've worked better.
