That base paper is not something he uses as much these days and neither is subtle coloring like he does with the white color. This is a very nice Batman done with the flow of the cape and the sharpness of the cowl carrying the classic complete Adams vision.

I totally agree Marcus. These reasons are one of the main reasons I jumped on this piece. Especially the white highlights and lighting.

Cool moody Batman! Adams really earns his money honestly on commissions. Love the use of a dark background w white highlights, and the placement & handling of the moon are superb
