Description

Not sure exactly what is going on here, but it's funny: the sight gag of the fat old banker running a road race in what appear to be polka-dot boxers is worth the price of admission. Added bonus of the Boston reference (writer Al Capp grew up here, after all). Three tiers packed with wonderful visual/verbal storytelling humor by van Buren and Capp.
