I have always thought that Moores work on Marvelman is far superior to Watchmen. Funny how they squashed all the carnage into so few pages. Marvel would have done a 20 to 30 issue crossover.

I saw the thumbnail and I openly said, "Oh my God!" Literally and figuratively, one of the most impactful pages in comic book reading history. Totleben's painstakingly detailed art on this issue is legendary.

Climatic high point of the entire series in story and artistry. Emotionally rewarding for those who were able to stick with the title from the beginning even with the fill in back story one shots and through Eclipse's flooding causing delays. This sidekick death definitely hits harder than A Death in the Family which came out around the same time. Kimota.

Amazing page and such a key in one of the greatest comics. I remember when legendary Miracleman collector Ricky Wong had this page and the sequence of the next two or three pages with MM holding his body. I tried my best to get this from Ricky way back in 2001, but he wouldn't give them up at that time. This is an awesome pickup. Congratulations!
