Description
This is yet another fantastic take on this particular character. Stephen is in fact one of the leading modern artists. I especially like his work on his series, Sea of Stars.

Horizontal is definitely the way to go in showing that vast open horizon.

Many thanks, Marcus!  It's amazing how many different interpretations there can be of the same character!

Another very lovely one. Yes, it is precisely in how each individual artist interprets the same character that brings the thrill and excitement from commissioning with a specific theme/character.

Some people know that in my vintage paperback novel cover collecting, the Gothic genre is a favourite of mine. But some people have told me they don't understand why I like it so much because the covers are all the same, typically a woman running from a spooky mansion/house. I know the subject matter is generally the same, but I'm always compelled to explain to those people that it is the way in which each artist interprets that scene which brings me pleasure. Saddle up, pardner!

Thanks so much, my friend!  And many thanks for universalizing this to paperback novel cover collecting and, indeed, all other forms of art collecting as well.

Very nice!  The muted tones of the distant vistas really help convey depth in this scene.
