G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #151 Page 29 - Roadblock and Tunnel Rat

Here we have Roadblock and Tunnel Rat, two of my favorite characters as a kid, featured in this page. What I liked about this page was the strong representation of Roadblock as he quite literally strolls off panel. It was another page I was pleased to pick up this year and originally meant for it to be the final purchase of 2022. Something else came along though but more of that in another post.

GI Joe was THE comic that got me into reading comic books to begin with. Hama treated a kid's property in a mature way and allowed his audience to grow with the property itself. GI Joe was always a toy, but Hama turned it into a real franchise.
