Description

The gambling rooms at Monte-Carlo by Reginald Cleaver. Cleaver is one of my favorites. His work should be much better known today. A master of pen and crayon. His work just got better as the years passed. Note the personalities, setting, and clothing in this piece. This was done sometime around the turn of the century.
