DescriptionFrom the current Spidey storyline pitting Spidey against a super high-tech-upgraded Doc Ock ...This issue started with an incredible two-page sequence with Spidey and Black Cat swinging on the scene in pursuit of one of Spidey's classic foes, the Shocker, immediately followed by a great full-page action splash as the Shocker "sets his gauntlets to serious!!" Look out, Spidey!! Talk about starting an issue with a BANG!! Social/Sharing |

Another McGuiness winner! Or should I saw winners :) I do like that you posted these together, to get that full effect! Love the lead up in the final 2 panels of the first page, then the SPLASH! Great energy. And I always like seeing the Shocker. He doesn't get enough play. Congrats, man!

Shocking! I always liked that baddie design. Nice mix of logical/functional with early Marvel goofiness, to make a favorite b-level Spidey bad guy for me. And McGuinness kills the art, layout and action here, as he does. As usual, Swinging High, Paul!

Yowza! Phenomenal two-page sequence by the incredible Ed McGuinness! I love that half-page splash on the left of Spidey and Black Cat together! There's something about their poses that make that scene feel almost playful! That right hand full-page splash is also pretty spectacular! And I have to add that Mark Farmer's crisp inks go a long ways toward making these pages totally awesome!

Outstanding storytelling, pencils and inks! My only questions are: Is your name Geek? Do you put 'em on as a Shocker? Cuz man, I know you love those Blue Blockers. Everything is clear, they block out the sun. Oh yeah, I gotta get me some!
