Another animated Legion design! I love how Fred kept the exact proportions that Bouncing Boy has in the cartoon (round body, stubby legs), and the way he drew Bouncy's eyes behind his goggles.

Very nice how they streamlined the design for animation! So fun with the stubby legs and Hembeck swirls placement.
