DescriptionPosting two more OAX pick-ups tonight that I got directly from the great Bob McLeod at his booth.Spidey may steal the show with his dramatic feat of strength and determination -- and everyone loves to see Spidey web-swinging away --- but there are some fantastic images of the Punisher (and he appears in every panel!). I especially love the last panel where he is standing in the shadows. Bob's inking on this one just blows me away. All those deep blacks that surround Spidey and then rise up to frame the top two panels ... Wow. I also love how Spidey's webs break panel there at the bottom. Bob McLeod is such a master. You get both of the biggest characters of the 90's mixing it up! Spidey overcoming the odds and breaking free just like in ASM 33!

Great panels all over the page! Bob's pencils are just as solid as his inks!

A spectacular page with top notch content. It's surprising that Bob still has some of this stuff, but I'm glad to know he could reap at least some of the benefits that the growing original art hobby has offered up to many collectors. It's also cool that he kept these pages for 30 years, all so they could ultimately end up with Pauly P!

Was lucky enough to see this one in person! Shades o' ASM 33 in panel 3 there! Then taking to the air via webline (spaghetti style!), swinging right out of the panel! Congrats on this and the whole McLeod OAX batch!
