DescriptionOur heroes have traveled from Germany to Siberia on the 130-year old trail of Prince Rudolf. “Verkhotur’e, two hours later.” “Here we are. That’s the Orthodox monastery of St. Nicholas.” “This is where Archduke Rudolf supposedly came in the fall of 1888.” “If he actually did. The truth is, all we know is that Madame Blavatsky encouraged him warmly.”” “Yes, there’s not much chance that there’s any trace of his visit, but we’ll have to try. Have you found out who this ‘Pastor Mikhail’ was?” “Oh, yes. Unless it’s a bizarre case of similar names, he was Grigori Rasputin’s Master.” “Mikhail came from humble origins and was illiterate. From childhood he was fascinated by the religious world. He was the firstborn and, due to his father's death, he had to support his family early on. He was very young when he started working as a shepherd here, near the monastery, where he soon became known to everyone. He earned the funny nickname of 'Holy Chicken' from the locals because of the chickens he raised, which followed him everywhere.” “Huh! A colorful character.” “It seems so. According to some, he could see the future. According to others, he was a fake. very nice building architecture especially in the top panel!

The archtecture makes this a lot more exotic and it's alwas fun when Mikhail makes a guest appearance in comic art.
