Disney Anthology - Touchdown Mickey sketch card alternative concept prelim

The Disney Anthology is a trading card collection that aims to bring us through the history of Walt Disney Animation Studios and the golden age of animation.

It is a collection that celebrates iconic characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and many more. Starting with the legendary Steamboat Willie from 1928, each card features original artwork created by contemporary illustrators, capturing the magic of Disney animated films.

The project is curated by Dario Moccia, one of the most famous Italian streamers and also a passionate collector, in collaboration with Claudio Sciarrone, a famous Disney artist since 1992.

Among the various card typologies, we also have original art sketch cards illustrated by Disney artists, one of whom is Stefano Intini, and this here is an alternative concept prelim he did based on the cartoon short Touchdown Mickey (1932).
