Description

Happy Star Wars Day!

Not much more I can say about Jester’s work that I haven’t already stated in the descriptions of my three previous pieces. So go back and read those if this is the first time you’re seeing a Jester piece. For this one, there are probably only two things I want to mention about it. First, as you can see, it’s a pencil only piece. Not that I’ve grown tired of his color work or anything. But this was certainly a fun surprise. It’s nice to see that he can put just as much fun in a pencil drawing as he does in his full color works. The other unintended result of my buying this is that it now completes my Jester trifecta. I got a Marvel character first, then a Disney character, and now a Star Wars character. Of course since Disney owns all of those properties, I guess technically they are ALL Disney characters. Haha! But you know what I mean. Anyway, my thanks yet again to Tony (aka Jester) for this delightful drawing and another smooth as silk transaction. If you want a Jester piece of your very own, you can find him on eBay with weekly (or bi-weekly) offerings under his seller ID “moshpot”. Good luck.

As always, thanks for stopping by and May the 4th be with you.

If that's supposed to be Jabba's tongue (which would explain the drool on her hind quarters), I would say that's pretty darn disturbing.  Haha!  Thanks for the comment bud.

Normally that's true.  But Jabba's account was hacked and some of  his private home videos were leaked.

Wasn't it Carrie Fisher that said that after George Lucas sold Star Wars, Leia was now a Disney Princess ??

I never saw or read that quote, but I guess technically she's right.  Although I'm sure that when an 8-year old girl tells her mom that she wants to dress up as Princess Leia on Halloween, mom is picturing the cinnamon bun hair and neck-to-toe full body white gown look.  Not this one.  LOL

No doubt that's true, though Fisher complained that she had to go without a bra in her head-to-toe robe since Lucas said nobody wears bras in space, so even that demure garment was PG-13

Good point.  But I don't think that bras are really an issue for 8-year olds.  LOL!  As far as the no bras in space thing, was that just George making a point about the lack of gravity or if there was an ulterior motive for the bra ban.  LOL!

That tongue is scarier than an imperial probe droid.

Jester strikes again! I'm not sure I've seen much of his raw pencils but by do I like what I see! Nice one my friend!

Jester's art is different when looking at just the pencils, but no less impressive (especially the rendering on her hair).  Congrats!

Poor Leia - I shudder to think what Salacious B. contributed to the carnage...
