Legion of Super-Heroes 4 page 06 by Giffen and Gordon

I really didnt appreciate the art when they first came out but this is powerful storytelling 

the close up teary-eyed shot in panel 4 and that last panel of Brainiac not being into the situation he's about to walk into are both superb! enjoying the art and story from this issue so far.

One of my favorite issues! The cover may be my all time favorite. Thanks for sharing. 

Later in the evening, it's been a Brainy wait

Legion are not laughing, Giffen draws and says

My favorite run on the book. Great, weighty page.

I can do without Brainiac Five's mullett, but I love the Mon-El images.

Giffen does a great job of changing perspective of each panel to keep this dialogue page moving.
