Description

This was one of the few backgrounds from Hanna Barbera series that began in 1961 and 1962, i.e., To[ Cat, Touche Turtle, Lippy the Lion, Wally Gator, and The Jetsons, which was approximately the same size as a standard Hanna cel. Most of the others were pan backgrounds, which were over three feet in lengh -- the cels would be placed in sequence at various points across the background, making it look as though they were moving through the scene depicted on the background. Dealers often cut up pan backgrounds in order to make more cel and background set ups. But this is the only cel set up of this scene (which is also true of my set ups of Top Cat, Wally Gator in the Boat, and Lippy & Hardy climbing the tree).
