Open Space 3 p17

Someone mentioned Norm had a lot of pages for sale on his site and this seemed perfect. I love space flight stuff and this captures a couple of ideas at once. The first is the idea of a self-made spaceship. Destination Moon is one of my favorite movies, The second is I always loved the idea of the homemade rocket that almost doesn't launch because of government regulations. The social satire in this piece of every US agency wanting a piece of the rocket is wonderful.
