Description

Back in the 70's, Mike Ploog drew some memorable stories for Marvel. He planned to do a Kull story in a mixed media format, but all he completed was this one page as it was so much work! This page is done in pencil, ink, dry-brush, wash, and acrylics. The original is over-sized and looks much nicer than the scan; the pencil-only story he drew for Savage Sword of Conan was really nice, but I can only imagine how incredible a complete story done like this page would have been!

Jim I loved the story which Mike did for SSOC but this piece is simply stunning - there's real depth to the illustration!
