Wow! Another gorgeous piece from Mike Perkins. Love this image of El Cazador laying amidst the gruesome skeletons. Perkins' pencils here are remarkable. The way he treats clothing and hair is incredibly realistic. The skeletons, too, have a startlingly real look to them. It's always interesting to see the pencils of an artist. So many of them look dashed off, like the artist couldn't be bothered to work out the details. And then you get someone like Mike Perkins who seems to put his heart and soul into the pencilwork. It's simplly a stunning demonstation of his extraordinary skill. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
