Description

Seen here are the pencils for X-Factor #42 p5. It shows Madrox and Layla looking up at Ruby Summers, who has just decapitated a Sentinel with her optic blast as it was about to kill them.

I like this page for a variety of reasons. I love the layouts on this page. They are really well done. It just has a great angle to it; very cinematic and well directed. I also like all 3 of these characters, their conversations are always interesting. This is the first page where they really get to interact, and I like the idea of arguing with someone about whether its technically really your first meeting or not, since you once met his older self from the future when he visited your past. I'm also a fan of dark destopian future storylines in general, and this was a good one. Sentinels are always awesome, and having them interact with an interesting cast of characters is a treat.
