DescriptionThis is one of my favorite pieces done by the vastly underrated Yildiray CINAR. I met Cinar at NYCC in 2008 and picked up a couple pieces as gifts for some good mates. I also had to see what he could do with the Hulk so he did a convention piece in B&W which I really liked. At that point I knew I would have to have something else done by him in the future so I put my mind to figuring out that perfect commission request. I took a while for us to get together with the idea and his busy schedule but this piece is the end result which was WELL worth the wait. I have also included some progression shots which shows the creative process that Cinar puts into his work. If you ever get the pleasure of working with Cinar you will not be disappointed. Thanks for an amazing piece my friend!Social/Sharing |

So happy you've decided to share your art! I absolutely love this piece... This commission is the one that inspired me to get my own Cinar Hulk - still questing for it but visiting your page in the meantime will work for me :)

This tears it. Cinar has arrived. This thing kicks ass. He really put a very fresh spin on a tried and true scene. Masterful and grail-y.

Great piece and I don't even like the Hulk. Only thing with Yildiray, I'd call him "Up and Coming" not "Under Rated"

This is probably my favorite Hulk transformation piece that I've seen. Congrats, Dave. :) I love that you can tell Bruce isn't exactly a "willing participant".

I concur that Yildiray's work is undervalued! He did great with this piece!

Sensational depiction of the transformation of Bruce Banner into the Hulk! Really gorgeous commission by Yildiray Cinar! I love the multiple images of Banner's pain and agony as his body expands and stretches into the Green Goliath! I image it feeling like your skin being pulled in all directions at once, the muscles tearing and reforming, every bone and tissue in his body being exploded into the massive form of the Hulk. Cinar does a great job of portraying all that, and then gives us a mind-blowingly cool image of the end result--The gigantic, heavily muscled figure of the Hulk himself! Cinar's Hulk is posed like a beast suddenly released from its cage, stretching out his arms and flexing his muscles, relieved to be freed from the confinement of Bruce Banner's puny body. Phenomenal commission!
