Description

In Part 1 of "The Trialogue Trilogy", dinner for Nexus and Judah is interrupted by their descent into the bowl-shaped world.

Mike Baron and Steve Rude's epic space drama was at the forefront of the independent comics movement paving the way for literally hundreds of creators to branch off into new and exciting genres. Certainly science fiction and superheroes had been done before but never in quite this fashion and the coming years would see the series land a total of six Eisner awards.

It remains one of my favorite titles from the 80's and is still a heckuva lot of fun.

A beautiful page from the first issue of Nexus that I read. Pages from this early in the run are quite rare. Congrats on scoring a jem.

Nice! The Bowl-Shaped World issues are some of the best of Nexus and the 80s. I have but one question: Who's Larry?

Honestly, one of the prettiest pieces of OA I saw during my entire visit. Thanks for having me over and thanks for showing me this gem.
