DescriptionSometimes you spend hours looking for the right cover to move the story-line along and sometimes fate steps in. Around the same time I found last week's Phantom Stranger cover, this popped up on my radar. It was the light poring thru Pandora made me think of using Phantom Girl as a bridge between this world & the ghostly dimension. The seance circle of heroes is also a tip of the hat to The Teen Titans ( Baxter Edition ) Issue 2 which at an earlier stage was a contender for the cover homage. Having the mystic circle allowed me to bring in obscure folks like Matter Eater Lad, the Element Lad from the " Superboy's Legion Elsewhere Tale ", Legion Academy members and Chameleon Girl..( I love the pose of her turning away from the blinding light )The dimensional breach effect on the original Pandora cover was done digitally but Trevor VonEeden created a similar, if not even cooler effect, the old-fashioned way. I think this and the upcoming Chapter 21 are some of Trevor's best work. Russ as usual had to get digitally dexterous to make a logo and a fair amount of dialogue work, while not making it feel crowded and he did it in style... Oh wow, this is the best one yet from Mr. Von Eeden! LOVE that effect on Phantom Girl!

Thank you Travis.It really was a cool yet, an ever so logical way to use her powers..that translucent transparent effect took a lot of time to complete.

This is amazing---love the central image, the characters in the circle (especially Matter Eater Lad), and the dialog! Just...wow!!!

For me,its the small details, such as the "e" in Ferro Lads costume line up perfectly with chest cutouts of Phantom Girl's costume..it gives a real sense of the two characters passing thru each other

So cool! The digital stuff is nice eye candy,but nothing beats pen and ink! Trevor did some magic with this the old fashioned way!

You and your team crushed this Aidan! Excellent work. The art is terrific and they dialog placement and font really work. Great job. I love Saturday's with Aidan. :)
