Flash Gordon Sunday dated 18 October 1964 - Raboy

While I suppose it's possible to debate the relative strength of any particular Sunday's imagery, that debate never extends to the quality of Mac Raboy's artwork, which is uniformally excellent over the two decades of his efforts on the Flash Gordon strip. Even with the minor condition issues on this particular example, the feathering (pun intended) and intricate detail in every panel is delightful. These gems continue to be one of the best deals in the hobby, from a value standpoint. I paid less for this one than Raboy got for drawing it over fifty years ago, and that alone is amazing.
