Description

Yes, I know. Silver Surfer and Black Racer appeared together in that Darkseid vs. Galactus crossover back in the '90s, and the whole idea of Common Elements is bringing together characters who, generally speaking, don't appear together.

Let this be a lesson to you, young padawan: Never let inconvenient facts get in the way of a great Common Elements concept.

Penciler Keith Pollard drew a super-stunning scenario to begin this commission's life. Inker Bob Almond finished the work in style, providing a gorgeous starfield background over a blueline of Keith's pencils.

This is Common Elements #136. The original pencil art was commissioned and completed at San Francisco Comic Con 2016.
