Karate Kid vs. Snapdragon by Dean Beattie

Snapdragon has one of the best/worst costumes ever designed by George P�rez, and I have wanted to have her in a Karate Kid commission for a while, but never could decide on an artist. Well, Dean Beattie has a talent for making silly-looking characters look awesome, and he has delivered some fantastic commissions to me before, so I asked him to give this match-up a go. And as usual, Dean delivered the awesomeness! I love the action poses, the use of Snapdragon's weapons, and Karate Kid's eyes. And look at that gorgeous color work! Big thanks to Dean for another great commission!

Snapdragon is a master martial artist and weapons master who has fought Black Widow, Moon Knight, Echo and Captain America. That might impress some, but not Val Armorr. His main concerns will have to be Snapdragon's weapons, but Karate Kid has dealt with worse, and I think he'll disarm her fairly quickly. After that, it's lights out for Snapdragon.

If I can upgrade a Dr Mayavale, Snapdragon is a "SNAP" in comparison. This works very well indeed.
