Ink over pencil, with a chapter description at the top ('The good weather broke three days before the new year - Chapter 65'). The illustration isn‘t affixed to the bainbridge board anymore, due to the age of the rubber cement/glue. Published as part of ‚The Stand’ portfolios: - 1991 by Glimmer Graphics, Signed & numbered (1200), Black Folder -> 13 plates - 1991 by Glimmer Graphics, Numbered (1200), Blue Folder -> 12 plates - 2016 by Nakatomi -> 10 plates Also published in the ‚Freak Show‘ limited hardcover edition. Very nice piece by the Master, and during a great time period for his work! I was seriously eyeballing this one for a long time before I found the cemetary scene from Cycle of the Werewolf instead. But this piece is so beautiful! Congrats on the score!
