Eddie Race Story (unpublished) Page 8 (Doug Wildey)

In 1977, Joe Kubert published an over-sized comic magazine named "Sojourn". It contained two to three page stories from some of the industry greats. One of these was Doug Wildey. He contributed his story "Eddie Race, Investigator".

Always hoped to add a piece from the creator of Jonny Quest into my art collection. Was very excited when I came across this set of three published pages from Sojourn #2 and two unpublished pages which would have been used in issue #3 had it ever been produced. They were being sold by the Joe Kubert Estate.

This is page 8 in the Eddie Race story. It would have followed the ones printed in issue #2 of Sojourn. Overall image area of the page is a slightly oversized 11" x 17".
