Description

The first Teen Titans story by Robert Kanigher. Starting with this issue, he set the Teen Titans off in a new direction following their actions which contributed to the death of Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr Arthur Swenson.

Great blacks, Nick really had a way with the brush on this page.

Robin was created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson.

Kid Flash was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino.

Speedy was created by Mort Weisinger and Paul Norris.

Wonder Girl was created by William Moulton Marston, H.G. Peter and Robert Kanigher.

Hawk and Dove were created by Steve Ditko and Steve Skeates.

A classic Cardy Titans page. As you said, the inking is fantastic and I love the page layout. It's a beauty. Congrats!

Cardy must have went to cosmetology school to be able to apply such thick eyelashes and luxurious hair during the 60's. Beautiful page design as more comics were experimenting with ideas to make the page pop art for the masses.
