Description

Another quiet and intimate Frank King daily. The body language of the characters says it all, their relaxed relationship, Skeezix' slouching posture as he asks Nina's advice on a life decision, then upright and taut, righteously motivated in the last panel as he's made up his mind.

King draws Nina so much more refined and sophisticated. It is as if to suggest that even if she's playing the dutiful and meek supportive wife, she's the one making the descisions. The body language as you say makes him swell with confidence as he sits upright knowing his wife is behind his decision.
