DescriptionWho doesn't love Brian Bolland's art - especially his version of the Joker? I am a dyed in the wool Marvel zombie. That said, I love a great story combined with great art, and The Killing Joke by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland is just that, a magnificent and historic story delivered in graphic novel comic form. A page from the story is likely not in the cards (I'd need more than a joker to pull that off), but this sketch scratches the itch for Bolland's Joker for me. It is loose in places but tight where it needs to be and captures the maniacal Bolland Joker perfectly.The 8th piece of DC art in the collection with more on tap - whodathunkit?! Social/Sharing |

Love that Joker! ;) Super cool piece, with that style Bolland lovers crave. Dig that crosshatching. I'm still on the hunt for my Bolland piece, but not holding my breath. Great score. Congrats!

Wow, I love this so much!! So cool how the upper and lower parts of his head are drawn so sparingly, and the middle facial bits are much more visually dense. It just draws so much attention to his eyes and fiendish grin. Major congrats!
