DescriptionTHAT OUGHTA BE IN A MUSEUM--OH WAIT, IT WAS. If you had a chance to visit the Marvel Universe of Super-Heroes Exhibit as it traveled around the US last year, you saw this art. It was used for the poster for the show and for the cover of the Art Book that accompanied the show at museums in Seattle, Dearborn, Chicago, Philadelphia and Columbus. The art was also used for a variety of print ads, billboards, banners and other promotional needs. Penciled and inked by the incredibly talented Nick Bradshaw, this stunning piece features many of the signature heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In one jam-packed montage you’ve got Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ant Man, Wasp, Iron Man and the Black Widow. (Interestingly, Doctor Strange was included in the original art but was digitally removed from the final poster/cover.) The art is signed by Nick in the upper right margin. IMHO it’s a jaw-dropping work of art and a stunning example of Nick Bradshaw’s prodigious talent!Social/Sharing |

Bradshaw is so good, and his ability to bring as many characters into a composition and have it all visually read correctly, without becoming overly busy but still packing in this level of detail - amazing. I am jealous of this piece Bill - congrats!

You got your own poster, no make that book, no make that billboard, no make that two posters, no make that train. You got to kidding me. You got a museum?

Whoa, how often do collectors have the opportunity to own comic art that was used on billboards?! A spectacular cornucopia of hallowed heroes that Paul P. will be jealous not to have snagged for himself!

The bonafides don't get much better than this! Nick has really come into his own these past 5 years and his work ethic is out of this world. Congrats on this one it's a beauty!

Masterfully executed showcase of the Marvel U's heavy hitters. Shame the FF weren't included, but this was probably done during their "cancelation". Still, it is truely glorious. Congrats!

This is going to be one of the most recognizable pieces of public art and that's gotta say something! Congrats on being its caretaker!

It's a shame that the various published versions sacrificed Dr. Strange for a bigger T'Challa, even if they are both legendary! I guess at this point 99% of the population knows these characters from the MCU, where the Panther is the bigger draw. Congrats on another great piece of art!

Great way to show off and sell the larger than life ideals these heroes bring to the general public. It's the fabulous composition that stands out to show all these heroes with each having a spotlight and place to shine. It shows Marvel at their best and as most recognizable brand in the world.

Prodigious talent, indeed! What a great poster. Every character has weight and real presence. Group scenes are hard to pull off and Nick did a wonderful job here.

FANTASTIC! It's just too bad there was that multiversal calamity that required Doctor Strange to teleport away as they were scanning the piece for the billboards so he couldn't be included in them... although now that I think of it, his costume was on display during the opening exhibit in Seattle... Sounds like Doc may have been putting on an "exhibition" of his own...! :)
Every time I see there's been a Bill J update, I know I have to strap in before clicking the link! Beautful piece! Congrats, Bill!

"THAT OUGHTA BE IN MY HOUSE" - I had to use a synonym for museum to fix your post. I hope you don't mind my editing. 😁 Very cool piece. Thanks for sharing!

It's one thing to have something published on display in a museum, but it's another to have it published on the museum itself. Huge congrats on this!
Aside from the Doctor Strange omission, it's weird seeing them extrapolate the hidden body parts when separating the figures. And I wish the Kirby krackle was more prominent in the colored version too.

I feel bad for Dr. Strange but I think I can see why he was dropped from the promo images. The logo would have really pushed Black Panther to the margins or covered him up if Strange had stayed in. That's a cool little Easter egg that you get to have by owning the original art. Such a cool piece. Huge congrats!

KA-THOOM!!! This page hits like Mjolnir. I really dig Bradshaw's cover work, and this is incredible. The pure energy of this Roll Call cover is top notch, and even with all that detail packed so tightly, everything is very distinct. And really sweet Kirby Krackle, too. Big congrats!

Bradshaw marries what I assume is an appreciation of Art Adams with a flair of his own to create something special each and every time. Another great addition to your collection!

No question why this image was used as often as it was! I'll definitely take a swath of Marvel Heroes getting the Bradshaw treatment :) Especially when my 2 faves in Spidey and Panther are there! Also like the touch of some of the Heroes smiling - provides a light, hopeful feel. Congrats!
