They were Overpowered DC
Now nothin' can take Fleer away from me

Man, this is really nice! Can this really be pure Levins though? It comes only 2 years after his work on Cap ended, so he could've simply evolved his style, but the finishes really scream someone like Brett Breeding or Bob McLeod to me. Either way though, it's a beauty.
