Even the Grand Comics Database doesn't know who drew this cover! Regardless, cool cover. I'm always in awe of some of these romance comic covers, particularly the ones Ric Estrada drew.
Could be Ric Estrada, who knows? I guessed Tom Sutton as he drew a few romance covers for Charlton around the same time.
Mary, is merry because she's expecting him to marry her. But, Marry may not be Mary if he does not Merry her! Oh, merry my!
Covers like this are great! It goes for a specific audience and goes after them with gusto!
