Doctor Fate by Derec Donovan

With the 2019 (Fourboot?) version of the Legion, we got a few new members designed by Ryan Sook. One of those was this new alien version of Doctor Fate. I love this design, and think that it is really cool-looking, but I would hate to have to draw it in a monthly book. Derec did a fabulous job with the good Doctor here. I love the pose, the ankh, and of course those Kirby dots! Thanks again, Derec!

This is the first time I got to see this version of Doctor Fate and it's totally awesome !! Derec did an incredible job on this piece !

Stunning with well thought out character design adding a layer of darkness to the hinduism multiple arms diety look.

Dude, the pose and the multiple hands...perfect choice. And the splotchy ankh outline up top is a big bonus. Congrats!
