Hawkman (volume 4) #47 - Bird on bird action, Hawkman vs. Golden Eagle

Hawkman tussles with Golden Eagle/Charlie Parker on Thanagar.

This issue typified the mess of Hawkman's continuity during this era.

-Hawkman at this point is Carter Hall, reincarnated into a restored Thanagarian body (Katar Hol) in an attempt to combine the two characters.
-Charlie Parker is the son of a Thanagarian spy (Fel Andar) who pretended to be a hero (basically any appearance of the Silver Age Katar Hol was retconned to actually be this spy and a human wife who was brainwashed into believing she was Thangarian).

Still love the art, especially likely the sense of motion n the panels and the silhouette in the last panel.
